Müşerref Akyol is one of Turkey’s most experienced industrial property attorneys, specializing primarily in patent law as well as all fields of intellectual and industrial property. After graduating from Ankara University’s Department of Geological Engineering, she successfully passed the Trademark and Patent Attorney exams in 1995, earning the national title of patent and trademark attorney.
With deep expertise and a strategic approach to patent law, she has accumulated extensive experience in addressing the technical and legal needs of international clients. Mrs. Akyol, also holds the European Patent Attorney qualification, enabling her to provide expert consultancy not only within national frameworks but also in the European patent system.
In 2009, Mrs. Akyol, established Akyol Intellectual Property and Consultancy Services, building her own brand and offering high-standard services to both domestic and international clients. Müşerref Akyol adopts an ethical, analytical, and solution-oriented approach covering a broad spectrum from registration processes to infringement issues.
Mrs. Akyol, remains actively engaged in the firm, leveraging her vast knowledge and experience. Ece Akyol graduated from Başkent University Faculty of Law in 2022 and completed her legal internship in 2023, obtaining her license to practice law. Developing a keen interest in intellectual property law, she successfully passed the Trademark and Patent Attorney exams in 2024, acquiring the national title of trademark and patent attorney.
To further deepen her expertise, Ms. Akyol completed her Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law at Ankara University in 2025, gaining a comprehensive perspective on both legal and technical aspects of intellectual property protection.
